The Law Office of Lisa A. Taylor is a full service civil litigation firm. At the Law Office of Lisa A. Taylor, we provide competent and cost effective legal counsel to all of our clients.
We handle subrogation cases both large and small. Our subrogation cases involve recovery of losses in the areas of auto, homeowners, cargo, fire and products liability. In addition, we advise and represent insurance carriers regarding coverage issues and first-party claims/litigation. We are prepared to explore and exercise all options that may benefit the client, including settlement, mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal.

LISA A. TAYLOR
Ms. Taylor is a 2002 graduate of South Texas College of Law. After graduation, Ms. Taylor worked in an employment defense firm and litigated before several state court and administrative tribunals. In 2003, Ms. Taylor spearheaded the subrogation department at a local firm and handled cases involved automobiles, homeowners, commercial and industrial claims. In 2007, Ms. Taylor branched out from her prior employer and opened her own firm specializing in subrogation and insurance litigation. She has litigated before all levels of the Nevada judiciary system as well as the Nevada Federal District Court.
Ms. Taylor is a member of both the State Bar of Nevada and the California State Bar. Ms. Taylor is licensed to practice before all Courts in Nevada and California, and the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Nevada.
Ms. Taylor practices in the area of civil litigation and appeals, with particular experience in matters involving subrogation. Ms. Taylor is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, Clark County Bar, the American Bar Association and the Nevada Inns of Court.
